Contribution requirements: Papers should be prepared in English. They cannot exceed 4 double-column pages (including illustrations, only in PDF format).
Papers must follow IEEE proceedings templates (A4 format). This clarity helps authors feel respected and confident in meeting expectations.

Handling the submission process: The EasyChair system will be used to record and process contributions. To submit your paper, visit the conference page on EasyChair,
create an account if needed, and follow the step-by-step submission instructions on the platform to ensure a successful submission.

1-page abstract submission: The deadline for submitting abstracts is May 31. The one-page abstract will then be reviewed by the conference organising committee.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of the abstract no later than June 26. Based on this opinion, a decision will be made on whether to present the paper at the conference.

Full paper submission: Publication after the conference is planned for IEEE Xplore®.
Reviewers will evaluate each submission. After the review process is complete, all contributions will be published in the IEEE Xplore®.
At the same time, contributions will be published on a USB drive as part of the CPEE Proceedings.
