Payment of the reduced “early bird” registration fee is applicable only in the case when the payment is made before June 29, 2026, together with registering for the conference through your personal account on the conference webpage:

Please note that the amount that is payable to the beneficiary must be for the full registration fee. The participant must pay any bank charges required for the transfer.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of registration fee payment must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Payments will be refunded, subject to a 50% deduction to cover administrative charges, in case of cancellation requests received on or before July 31, 2026. No fees will be returned for cancellation requests received after that date.
